Ephesians 4:11-16—“...Some
pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints
for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the
body of Christ… that we should no longer be children,
tossed… but… may grow up in all things into Him who is
the head—Christ…”
The church is the center for the
explanation and teaching of God’s Word. This Word is a
Christian’s bread and life. A deep knowledge of God and His
Word
enables Christians to see the world through the eyes of
God (Heb. 5:14), increases our faith enabling us to live
like Christ (Eph. 4:13) and speak God’s word to the
world (2 Tim. 2:15, Titus 1:9).
